I was born and raised outside of Boston, MA, currently an ice hockey power skating & skills coach (5 years), personal trainer (4 years). I have always had a passion for sports and the human body. I am on a mission to help individuals achieve their health and fitness goals, along with helping all athletes become successful in their sport of choice.
