Hi and welcome!

My name is Lillian and I am a power skating & skills coach and personal trainer. I love teaching hockey players how to skate along with showing individuals how to workout with proper form in order to achieve their desired goals. Sports have shaped me into the person I am today, and without all my coaches to help me along the way I don't know where I would be. Let me help coach you to being your best self.

My Mission

I want to help as many individuals feel functional and athletic by providing the tools needed to find success in their own lives. By providing insightful coaching and feedback I will help you achieve your personal health or athletic goals. Let me teach you how to train smarter, resulting in success in your daily life or sport of choice.

I will work with you on finding ways to have fun while challenging you out of your comfort zone. Learning how to live a healthy lifestyle requires support and guidance and that is what I am here for!

About Me

My name is Lillian Ribeirinha-Braga and I was born and raised in Winchester, MA. I am an ice hockey power skating skills coach and personal trainer. I grew up playing ice-hockey, basketball, soccer, and tennis, and I always had a passion for sports. Playing sports with my brother's growing up definitely kept me out of trouble and sparked my competitive nature. My first experience at a Lockness Monsters game got me hooked because of the fast paced game and the electrifying atmosphere.

Growing up I played for the boys Winchester town hockey team along with Assabet Valley and then the East Coast Wizards. For high school I was fortunate enough to attend The Winchendon School for four years where I was able to grow as a student and athlete. After Winch I was blessed with getting accepted into Boston University to play ice hockey at the highest level possible. Hockey has been a big part of my life since what feels like forever.

After graduating from Boston University in 2016 I went back to school for a second degree in Biology at UML and graduated in 2018. In 2019 I got a job in a biomechanics lab at BU and learned so much about research in a clinical setting with the use of technological medical devices. During that time I also started coaching power skating for Driscoll Skating & Skills, along with providing personal training sessions to various youth and adult individuals.

Fitness and sports have always been a safe place for me. A place where I can be myself and have fun without judgement. Now I want to help athletes and individuals by sharing everything I have learned thus far on my path. By implementing a strategic game plan that includes knowledge about nutrition, exercise, and a resilient mindset this will result in your happiest most efficient self. With my guidance I will help each individual reach their own optimal flow state where physical and mental growth happen simultaneously.
